We hope you love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
